 My Password doesn't work! I can't log in to my account
Solution Please check to make sure you are using an email address as your log in, and that you are using a password recognized by the registrar system. The email and password used for Helpdesk will not work at the registrar.

To create a new password, please use the "Forgot Password" feature, inserting the email associated with the registrant or the domain name.

You will receive a link at the email address. Click on the link from within your email within 24 hours. You must then confirm this same email address at the site. Then you will be able to log in and change your password. If the password link is sent to a party unknown to you, please notify us immediately at helpdesk@cocca.cx.

After changing your password please update the domain.

Payments take 12-48 hours to clear. Once the payment is confirmed, the expiration date will be updated.

You will be able to modify contact details, DNS settings, etc.
